Views from the Mews is all about the goings on at Perth Raptor Care rehabilitation centre, and the ponderings of Marra, a specialist wildlife educator and rehabilitator. For more about Marra’s work, see Perth Raptor Care and Raptor Presentations. To support raptor rehabilitation, you can either donate to PRC, or book a visit from a real raptor through R.Pres.

Welcome to Views from the Mews. PRC and R.Pres. are off limits to the public. This is due not only to a condition on my education license, but also my dislike of having strangers tromping around my backyard all the time. That’s right, those birds live right here at home with me, my free range lawn mowers (cavies) a pet rooster, a german shepherd dog and a really nice man I decided to keep and domesticate.
While I can’t have you over to tour the place, I welcome you to tour this blogspace, where I hope to share some of the stuff that goes on. Feel free to post questions and comments.
